Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains when refunds are available.

Strategy Calls

Paid strategy calls are refundable up to 24 hours before the scheduled call. Within 24 hours of the call (or after the call has taken place), the booking is non-refundable. Rescheduling is free with at least 12 hours' notice.

Coaching & Programs

Multi-week coaching and program enrollments are refundable within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not consumed more than 20% of the materials and have submitted at least one completed worksheet showing implementation.

Digital Products

Templates, playbooks, and downloadable products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, due to the nature of digital goods.

Subscriptions & Community

Membership subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from your account; cancellation stops future renewals. The current billing period is non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@digitalmanzoor.com with your order details and reason. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
