At Digital Manzoor, operated by The Mayana Group, we are committed to providing quality digital products and services. As we deal with digital goods, consulting services, and downloadable resources, all sales are generally considered final. However, we do have a transparent refund process in place for specific cases as described below.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • If you are charged more than once for the same product or service due to a technical error.
  • If the product you purchased was not delivered to your registered email within 48 hours.
  • If a consulting or strategy call booked in advance is cancelled by us without rescheduling options.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Instantly delivered digital downloads (checklists, templates, eBooks, toolkits, etc.).
  • Services that have already been rendered in part or full (consultations, audits, funnel setup, ads management).
  • Change of mind after successful purchase or delivery.

Refund Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at info@digitalmanzoor.com with your order details and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and will be issued back through the original payment method only.
